ONE INGREDIENT- Organic Garlic. Our Black Garlic is Pesticide & Chemical Free. There are no additives at all during the production process and is certified by GMP & HACCP Standards. Soils and irrigation water from the garlic farm undergo heavy testing to ensure that they are free from heavy metals and pesticides before they are imported to the United States.
