[MATERIAL] The cutting edge is made of K30 monolithic tungsten carbide, hardness 90HRA, bending strength>1900N/cm2, resharpenable for a longer service life. It has the advantages of high hardness, wear resistance, good toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The shank is made of steel 45#.

[APPLICATIONS] Suitable for cutting holes onto solid wood, softwood, hardwood, plywood, MDF, chipboard, and also plastic, rubber, fiberglass. Can be used in drill press, bench drill, vertical drilling machine, CNC carving machine, etc..
[NOTE] 1. Sharp parts contained, please keep away from children and pets. 2. Can NOT be used for metal processing, or the drill bits will get damaged quickly. 3. Material must be fixed during cutting, and the drill bit should be perpendicular to the material. 4. Set slow drilling speed till the drill bit is completely located, then gradually accelerate speed. 5. Water should be injected when processing hardwood, in order to improve drilling accuracy and quality.
