Fragrances based on 100% pure and natural essential oils for sauna. The essential oils are processed in a solution to blend in the bucket and spread perfectly. Dilute to 10 to 20 ml per litre of water (1 to 2 caps) and pour the solution over the hot stones. Never use pure essential oils in a sauna. As these are greasy substances, they burn and leave a layer that leaves harmful fumes on the lava rocks
