Description
Rennet Microbial – Non-animal – Non GMO and gluten FREE
This rennet will work on any type of fresh animal milk. Warm the milk gradually on low heath to 95°F and then add the rennet solution.
Double strength microbial rennet derived from Mucor miehei. This rennet is acceptable for the production of vegetarian cheeses.
Weight 50ml | Made in Denmark – Dosage: 5ml to 2 gallons of milk.
