HOW DO I WEAR THEM? – Lets say you want to quit smoking. When you reach 24 hours without smoking, wear the White band. When you reach 7 days, take off the White band and wear the Cherry Red band. When you reach 1 month, take off the Cherry Red Band and wear the Teal band. Then move from Teal to Navy to Tangerine. When you finally reach One Year, you can now take off the Tangerine band and wear the Lemon band. Wear that Lemon band with pride because you just went 365 days without smoking!

MATERIAL & SIZING – Each band is made of Silicone and has been assigned a specific gender neutral Pantone color. Each band is 8 inches round and 1/2 inch wide.
